Employment Authorization Document

Okanlaw manages Employment Authorization Document (EAD) applications of asylum seekers in the USA. In this process, EAD applications can be filed for initial, renewal, or lost/stolen (replacement) EADs.

The application is submitted to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by completing the I-765 form and attaching the required supporting documents. If the application is approved, the applicant is eligible for a work permit.

Okanlaw, as the legal representative of its clients, takes the necessary steps in the application process. Okanlaw fills out the I-765 form on behalf of the clients, attaches the supporting documents to the system, and follows up the application, informing and guiding the clients about the process.

Okanlaw’s expert team ensures that the applications are filed completely and accurately, and meticulously follows every step of the process.
